Promo participants warrant that the production of their photo was made in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations. By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to indemnify, hold free and harmless Tender Juicy Hotdog from all costs, losses, damages which Tender Juicy Hotdog may be held liable as a result of claims or suits arising out of the photo submitted by the participant. 5. By joining this promotion, each promo participant is deemed to have granted the organizer the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nickname, names, photo entries of such contestant and/or representatives of such contestant without obtaining any other further consent or making any payment whatsoever to such contestant and/or the representatives of such contestant for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
