| Eligibility The photo contest is open to Filipino citizens 13 years old and above, currently residing in the Philippines, and who have a Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account that they can use to post their entries. Details The photo must be original, not published before nor entered into any other competition. In order to stick with the theme, the photo must capture a place or a local scene that highlights why the photographer thinks the Philippines is so fun and beautiful. The scene can be a tourist destination, a historical site, a popular landmark or simply a breathtaking view of your city. If there are recognizable faces in the photo, the photographer must have the appropriate model release. How to participate The photo submission needs to have a brief description of the subject, the camera and lens used, and must bear the hashtag #ShowPatti to be recognized for the contest. More details on the official rules. Photo Submission & Voting Period The contest runs from July 3 to August 31, 2013. The winner will be announced online on September 2, 2013. The winning prize is a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
